Health Guarantee/Purchase Contract

THE SALE OF THIS PUREBRED HAVANESE DOG IS MADE UPON THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

The price of the puppy is $________. Total price INCLUDING shipping is $________.   A non-refundable deposit of $200 is required to hold the puppy of your choice. The deposit will go toward the price of the puppy. The remaining balance must be paid in cash or with paypal. If the puppy is to be shipped on an airplane additional shipping charges will be $400.00. Shipping is a non-refundable charge.

To the best of the seller's knowledge and belief this puppy/dog is in good sound health, free from symptoms of contagious and infectios diseases at the time of the sale. If this puppy is deemed to have a life threatening disease within 72 hours of purchase, buyer will return the puppy to the seller for a full refund, with a written vet document from a licensed vet. The refund will be for the purchase price of the puppy only, this excludes any veterinary or shipping expenses the buyer may have incurred.

The buyer of this puppy will take good care of this puppy, providing quality nutrition, shelter, and medical care, including annual vaccinations so as to ensure the physical and emotional well being of the puppy.

The buyer agrees to contact the breeder should the buyer be unable or unwilling to keep or care for the dog for any reason. The dog is to be returned to the breeder with signed registration papers and up to date vaccination records. If the dog is found to be in good health the breeder has the option to buy the dog back at a discounted price.

The buyer shall not give/sell ownership of this dog to any other parties without giving first option to the breeder.

Under no circumstances shall the dog be given to a rescue group, animal shelter, or humane society - the dog must be returned to the breeder.

*Almost all puppies have some type of parasite at some point in their life (ex. fleas, worms, mites, ect.)  I do my best to keep my puppies clean, well groomed and free from parasites.  Parasites in puppies are very easily treatable and they are not covered in this health agreement
